At OASIS Pediatric Therapy, we believe every child deserves the chance to thrive, no matter the barriers they face.
Families who turn to us often carry heavy loads. They’re navigating financial strain, health challenges and the uncertainty of what the future holds. We step in with care that is life-changing — bringing play, possibility and practical support directly to families who need it most.
From therapy services to caregiver training, we meet families where they are and we advocate fiercely for every child’s potential. Whether it’s celebrating a first step, easing the burden of complex medical care or helping a caregiver become a confident, trained and certified nursing assistant, our work is rooted in creating stability, dignity and joy.
Our Story
OASIS was founded by two dedicated moms and therapists, Lacy Helms, MA CCC-SLP, and Dr. Kristin Ceriani, PT, DPT, who shared a vision: to reimagine how providers deliver care to children with developmental delays and disabilities. After years in traditional health agencies, they saw the gaps families faced: limited access, little flexibility and few resources for caregivers. In 2017, they started OASIS from Lacy’s basement with one simple goal: to make high-quality, compassionate physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy accessible to every family who needs it.
From those humble, early days, OASIS has grown into a thriving practice, serving families across the Front Range of Colorado. Aside from our widespread home-based therapy services, we’re proud to offer an outpatient clinic in Greeley, Colo., and our innovative Family CNA Program, which trains caregivers to provide paid, specialized care for their loved ones. Our mission partner, WHALE Respite Center, opened in 2024 in Greeley, expanding support for families in new and meaningful ways with respite services for children with delays and disabilities.
What sets OASIS apart is more than our expertise in speech, occupational and physical therapy. It’s the relationships we build. With a family-first approach, we open doors to care that is accessible, respectful and inclusive. We make life easier for families, foster hope where it’s needed most and empower children to do more than anyone thought possible.
