Home Health

For families curious about in-home pediatric therapy.

OASIS home healthcare allows children to receive speech, occupational or physical therapy in the comfort of their own home. Our expert therapists bring the care, equipment and expertise to you. We also provide Family CNA home health services.

Families with complex medical needs, transportation challenges or young children who thrive in familiar settings often find home health to be the best fit.

Your therapist will arrive with everything needed for the session. They will guide activities that support your child’s goals and provide tips and resources so you can continue progress between visits. Family is welcome to participate during the visit and you don’t need to do anything special to prepare for your child’s therapist to come over. We’ve designed this service to be convenient and accessible.

The only session you must participate in is the Home Exercise Program (HEP) Visit where your child’s therapist will go over the new HEP, teach caretakers what to do and answers any questions. It’s also helpful to participate in re-evaluations and re-certifications because any medical changes need to be discussed and documented. These appointments typically happen every 60 days and HEP visits happen a few times each year.

Frequency depends on your child’s plan of care, but most families receive sessions one to several times per week.

Outpatient Clinic

For families interested in learning more about clinic-based pediatric therapy.

Our OASIS clinic in Greeley, Colo., provides pediatric speech, occupational and physical therapy in a structured, play-based environment equipped with specialized pediatric tools. We offer a sensory gym, a large gym and we have private treatments rooms.

Clinic sessions offer access to sensory gyms, swings and other equipment not typically available at home. The structured setting can help children with ADHD or autism who thrive on clear routines.

We serve birth through 21 years old. Our therapists tailor each session to your child’s unique developmental stage.

Absolutely. Parents are welcome to watch or participate depending on the child’s needs and therapy goals.

Family CNA Program

For caregivers exploring the option to become a paid provider for their child.

This program allows parents and certain family members to become certified nursing assistants (CNAs) for their own child. You’ll receive training and then be paid by OASIS for providing daily care at home.

Children who meet CNA-level medical criteria under Colorado Medicaid are eligible. If you’re unsure, we can help you navigate the requirements.

The training usually takes around four months, including both classes and hands-on practice. Our team will guide you through each step.

Yes! After being accepted into the Family CNA Program and finishing CNA school, you’ll become part of the OASIS team and receive regular pay for the care you already provide every day. We can even hire you to begin caring for your loved one while we wait for your certification to be finalized.

We provide ongoing supervision with a registered nurse (RN), training updates and resources so you always feel supported and confident in your role.

Insurance & Billing

For questions about coverage and costs.

For home health, we exclusively accept Medicaid as a primary or secondary payer. For our outpatient therapy clinic, we accept Medicaid, private insurance and private-pay.

Families with Medicaid coverage do not pay out-of-pocket for therapy services, and in fact, we bill Medicaid directly, not the families. For patients with private insurance who are being seen in the outpatient clinic, you will receive a bill for your child’s therapy.

Yes. If you’re not sure whether your child qualifies, our staff can help connect you with the right resources to explore your options.
