At OASIS Pediatric Therapy, we’re proud to be therapist-owned and driven by people who love what they do. Our team is made up of highly trained, compassionate professionals who go above and beyond to help children and families thrive with children’s therapy services in Colorado, as well as a unique Family CNA Program. We treat each other and every family we serve like part of our own family, creating a culture built on joy, advocacy and connection.
Our founders
Lacy Hoyer-Helms, MA, CCC-SLP
Lacy Hoyer-Helms, MA, CCC-SLP, is the president and co-owner of OASIS, serving families across the Front Range of Colorado with speech, occupational and physical therapy, as well as a Family CNA Program. She earned her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colo., and is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Lacy served as the 2024 president of the Colorado Speech-Language-Hearing Association and continues to advocate for access and reimbursement reform through statewide committees. She’s also the co-founder and co-president of OASIS’s mission partner, WHALE Respite Center, created for children of all abilities. Lacy was appointed to serve on the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Home Health Advisory Committee, where she helps inform statewide policy and practice. Passionate about advocating for the underserved in Colorado, Lacy leads with heart—connecting communities and empowering others to thrive.
Dr. Kristin Ceriani, PT, DPT
Kristin Ceriani is the co-owner and CEO of OASIS Pediatric Therapy, where she serves children and families in the community. She is also one of the founders and a board director of WHALE Respite Center and is thrilled to serve as WHALE’s co-president and executive director. Kristin has spent over 10 years researching, planning and working toward the creation of a respite center in Greeley, Colo., driven by a deep commitment to supporting children with disabilities and their families. Kristin is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of experience. She holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Doctoral Degree in physical therapy, along with a STAIRS pediatric certification.
Kristin is an active member of the Colorado Nonprofit Association, the Weld Early Childhood Council, the Satellite Rotary Club and the American Physical Therapy Association, including its Pediatric Section. She previously served on the Executive Committee of the Colorado Interagency Coordinating Council (CICC), which makes recommendations to Colorado’s Early Intervention Program. During her tenure, Kristin led the Service Coordinator of the Year and Provider of the Year committees.
Kristin loves working with families and children and is deeply passionate about helping children reach both their family-centered goals and their motor milestones. She views her work as a life calling—one that focuses on building strong partnerships with families, connecting them to meaningful resources and helping them thrive rather than simply survive. Kristin believes in the power of compassionate care, collaboration, and community support to create lasting, positive change for children and families.

Senior Staff
Christine Frye, Home Health Administrator, OTD, OTR/L
Christine is a pediatric occupational therapist with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb., earned in 2002. She brings over 23 years of experience in home health care, working closely with children and families to support meaningful progress in their everyday environments.
Christine joined OASIS in 2017 and spent several fulfilling years providing pediatric therapy services, before transitioning into the administrator role in 2022. While she always loved working hands-on with children and families in their homes, stepping into leadership has allowed her to support both the therapists and the growing number of families OASIS serves. She finds it especially rewarding to help guide the organization’s continued growth while upholding its commitment to high-quality, family-centered care.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, attending sporting events, boating, gardening and reading.
Brittany Hanser, Clinic Director, PT, DPT
Brittany received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Montana after earning her bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She has worked with a wide variety of pediatric diagnoses and patient populations in an outpatient hospital-based clinic in Missoula, Mont., a non-profit organization in Cape Town, South Africa, and both in the home and at an outpatient clinic in Colorado. Her treatment philosophy focuses on the foundation that therapy should be fun, empowering and family-centered. She utilizes her passion for the pediatric population, her experience in the clinic and the research lab to provide evidence-based treatment approaches to improve patient outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art, traveling the world and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Huckleberry.
