Choose the right path for your family
HOME HEALTH THERAPY
Receive therapy services your child needs right where life happens: at home. Our OASIS home healthcare team provides pediatric speech, occupational and physical therapy in a familiar setting that helps children feel comfortable and confident. Home-based therapy makes care accessible for families facing complex medical needs, busy therapy schedules or transportation challenges.
OUTPATIENT THERAPY CLINIC
Our outpatient clinic offers a supportive, play-based environment where children can learn, grow and build confidence with the help of skilled therapists. Our physical, occupational and speech therapy teams use evidence-based techniques and personalized care to help every child reach meaningful milestones. Clinic-based therapy is ideal for families who want hands-on support and access to specialized equipment in a welcoming space.
FAMILY CNA PROGRAM
Through our Family CNA Program, caregivers can become trained and paid certified nursing assistants (CNAs) for their own child. This unique opportunity helps families maintain stability while ensuring children receive personalized care from someone who knows them best. Our team provides step-by-step support, from training through certification, so families feel empowered, equipped and never alone in their caregiving journey.
How do I know which services my child needs?
We understand that it can be intimidating to know where to start when you’ve identified that your child needs extra support. We’re here to help you navigate your options so you can determine what will work best for your child.
Every path is different. Our therapists will collaborate with you and your child’s healthcare providers to determine whether speech, occupational or physical therapy, or a combination of the three, will best support your child’s growth and independence.
We can also help you determine whether home health or our outpatient clinic is the best place for therapy. For home health, we exclusively accept Medicaid as a primary or secondary insurance, ensuring families incur no out-of-pocket costs. Our outpatient therapy clinic accepts private insurance, Medicaid and private pay, and we are happy to help you navigate your coverage.
Our Family CNA Program can run alongside or independently of therapy service. Your child simply needs to have Medicaid as a primary or secondary insurance provider. The home health program is designed to empower families and caregivers to provide CNA-level care for their child and get paid to do so.
Can my family switch between programs if our needs change?
Absolutely. Families’ needs evolve and OASIS is built for flexibility. Whether you begin with home health, transition to our outpatient clinic or decide to join our Family CNA Program, we’ll make sure your care continues seamlessly.
