WHAT SETS US APART
OUR MISSION IS TO SERVE THE underserved families of Colorado
For in-home health, We do not bill families. In order to do this we only accept Medicaid as a primary or secondary.
We have a lengthy hiring process for therapists, so that we only hire the best of the best.
Children can receive services at any level of delay.
We offer clinic based, in-home and telehealth services.
We focus on assisting and providing resources for the entire family as a whole, and not just the patient.
We have a strong respect for our families homes and their unique situations.
Children can get started right away. There is no 2-3 month evaluation process.
Services can continue past their 3rd birthday (as deemed medically necessary).

Kristin Ceriani

Kristin Ceriani has been a physical therapist for 18 years. She graduated with a bachelors in physical therapy from the University of New Mexico in 2001. Jacqueline “Lacy” Hoyer-Helms, MA CCC-SLP is the president and co-owner of OASIS Pediatric Therapy. OASIS Pediatric Therapy provides skilled physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and family CNA services to children in 10 Colorado counties.
