HOME HEALTH & CLINIC PEDIATRIC THERAPISTS
“I have an overwhelming sense of pride working for Oasis. The amount of passion and drive that is put into ensuring the children and their families receive all the therapy and resources they need is an incredible thing to be a part of. I knew from the moment I met the owners that not only were they 100% invested in the welfare of the families we serve, but also invested in their employees. It’s amazing to work for a company that knows how much value there is in family.”
Tabetha Rundle, PTA
“ Oasis Corporation has been such a pleasure to work with. The entire staff feels like family and support each other in all areas of life. Everyone who works for Oasis truly cares about the well being of the children and families we serve. The owners, Kristin and Lacy, lead by example and are some of the most compassionate and hard working people I know. “

“Working for Oasis has been a huge blessing in my life. Oasis goes above and beyond to serve families in our community and I feel so supported and confident in the OT services I am able to provide through the company. I really appreciate the open culture created by founders Kristin and Lacy and the way employees are able to easily collaborate thanks to the underlying organization and support from the company.”

“I can not speak highly enough about my experience working for Kristin and Lacy at Oasis Pediatric Therapy! Kristin and Lacy are dedicated to equipping and supporting their therapy staff to provide the best care to their pediatric clients and families. Working in home health can be a lonely endeavor. However, Lacy and Kristin have built a strong team culture of community and support, which translates to a higher quality of care provided to the families we serve. Oasis Pediatric Therapy truly lives out their values, which can be hard to find in today's industry. I am so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful team!”
Rebecca Lassell, OTR
